Divine experience in the heart of Pau. Quiet pedestrian street. Excellent service. Affordable local cuisine yet amazing taste and flavour combinations cooked by the chef with just his wife serving. I have waited weeks for such an experience and I’m very thankful to our nephew who took us there. Would love to come back one day! Best to book in advance.

Delicious food and gentle service!Only two persons - family business. They can speak English and Spanish it’s better to book in advance, but the waiter can find solutions to serve you after 13:30 maybe Every plate we try was great champagne by glasses.Definitely recommend to visit
